Fagan has personal bests of 4:46 in the 1600 meters, 10:22 in the 3200 and 16:32 in the 5000 meters. He was a part of Kansas Approved Schools State Cross Country team championships in 2022 and 2023 and won an individual championship in that division in 2023.

"I believe good things are happening at Dordt University and I'm excited to be a part of what God is doing on this campus. The engineering program is outstanding, but ultimately I chose Dordt because of the amazing, faith filled community I found here. I believe God is leading me to join the Defender family," said Fagan.

Isaac is the son of Ryan and Sarah Fagan of Shawnee, Kansas. He plans to study engineering at Dordt.
