(Thursday, February 12; Sioux Center, Iowa) Myla Evers, a senior at Andover High School (Minnesota), has announced her intention to attend Dordt and join the Defender basketball program.

Honors & Highlights: Averaged 15.2 points per game with 4.3 blocks, 9.8 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game in 2024-25 and 2025-26.  Was a 2025 All-Conference pick and the offensive player of the year.  Was part of 2024 section champs in basketball and lacrosse and was also an all-conference pick in lacrosse.
