The Dordt Defender men's and women's swim teams competed at the KCAC Championship in Hobart, Indiana February 4-7 and featured Dordt's first ever conference champion.

Pedro Brandao won the 100 yard breaststroke in 56.48 and he was also the runner-up in the 200 in 2:04.38.
Marcus Seifert had three top-16 finishes highlighted by his third palace finish in the 50 yard free with a time of 20.93.
The women's best finish was a seventh place finish by
Lucy Borofka in 1:01.76 in the 100 yard backstroke. Borofka finished in the top-16 in three events and Ashley Toerner and Eleanor Junk both claimed a pair of top-16 finishes.
The Defender men were seventh in the field of out eight teams with 228 points and were 31 points behind Saint Mary and 61 off of Bethel. Aquinas won the men's division with 682 points.
The Defender women were sixth out of nine, nipping Midland by a half point with 182.5 and Bethel University (Indiana) won the meet with 767.5 points.
