The Dordt Defender men's golf team finished sixth in the 13-team field at an event hosted by Bethany College in Newton, Kansas at Sand Creek Station. The Defenders shot a third day round of 313 and finished with a 312-298-313=923.

Dordt finished six strokes behind Texas A & M Texarkana and seven out of William Penn's fourth place finish. Weatherford won the event with a 284-294-284=862 and won by 30 strokes.
Dordt's top individual finish was
Samuel Wolfe with a 78-73-76=227 and
Caleb Douma was right behind with a 78-73-77=228 for 16
th and 17
th respectively. Wolfe recorded four birdies in his round.
Joseph Wolfe carded a 76-74-79=229 for 19
th.
Dawson Langan (Weatherford) went 69-75-68=212 to win the individual title and Jenson Boyce (Friends) shot 73-70-71=214 for runner-up honors.
Dordt will compete at the Red Raider Invite on April 15 in Orange City for a single-round competition. The GPAC Championship is scheduled for April 20-21 at Dakota Dunes in North Sioux City, South Dakota.
