Coach Morgan joined the coaching staff in the fall of 2019 and was subsequently elevated to the head coaching position in the spring of 2020.

I am driven by the challenge of weaving my faith into my coaching daily. I am excited about the challenge of helping young men grow as hockey players, but more importantly as future husbands and fathers. I am honored to lead the Dordt hockey program, with a rich tradition, and many proud alumni. I believe the Lord is doing something special on this campus, and He is using our hockey program to bring young men here to be impacted by Him and the Defender Way.

Coach Morgan resides in Sioux Center, Iowa with his wife Dana and his two sons, Brantley and Brooks.
