(Thursday, December 22; Sioux Center, Iowa) Brighton Kudej, a senior at West Hancock High School (Iowa), has announced his intention to attend Dordt and join the Defender football program.
Kudej is listed as a 6-0, 215 pound offensive and defensive tackle. He earned first team all-state and all-district honors in 2022.
"One of the main drivers that made me choose Dordt was to become a part of the Industry Standard program, to set an example for others not only in football, but in life and for the younger generation. On top of that, the most important reason I chose Dordt was because it is where I felt God was calling me to," said Kudej.
Brighton is the son of Jeff and Robin Kudej of Britt, Iowa. He plans to study health and human performance.
