Game Time... The Dordt University men's soccer team will go for its third straight win when they host Dakota Wesleyan for a conference match-up on Wednesday night. Kickoff on the Defenders Soccer Complext is set for 7:15pm.
The Defenders are unbeaten over its last five matches (3-0-2) and are tied with Morningside for second place in the conference standings with a 2-0-1 record, 4-2-3 overall. Dakota Wesleyan has lost its last three matches and is 0-2 in the league, 1-6-1 overall.
Wednesday's game will conclude Latino Visit Day on Dordt's campus and LaTrailita will be serving food on site.
All-Time... The Defenders hold a slight edge in the rivalry with DWU, owning a 9-6-2 overall record since the first match played in 2006. Dordt has lost two straight, however, against the Tigers and is winless in its last three matches with its rival from Mitchell, S.D.

Leading 1-0 at intermission, DWU added two more goals in the second frame, the first scored by Barry-Dre Tibbetts at te 50th minute. Calderon netted his second goal at the 81st minute for a 3-0 win.
