The Dordt University men's soccer team lost to Ottawa (Kan.) 3-0 in a late afternoon match played on the Defenders home turf. Dordt is now 1-2-1 on the season and the visiting Braves are 2-1-1.
How It Happened:
- Alonso Basauri put the Braves in front for good with the game-winner during the 14th minute from an assist by Bence Molnar
- Molnar scored an unassised goal less than two minutes later to give Ottawa a 2-0 lead
- Leading 2-0 at half, the Braves netted their final goal during the 52nd minute when Slobodan Novicevic put a shot in the back of the net from an assist by Owain Parker
