RECENTLY

Dordt secured an 82-75 win over Briar Cliff on January 14 behind 22 points from Jacob Vis and 15 points and 14 rebounds from Lucas Lorenzen. Bryce Coppock had 17 and Cade Bleeker added 12. Dordt was down by two points at halftime and outscored Briar Cliff in the second half 46-37.

Midland needed overtime to get by Mount Marty on Thursday night 76-68. Rece Kissinger scored 17 in a reserve effort to lead the Warriors and Jake Orr scored 16 and took in 15 rebounds. Kissinger did his damage in just 18 minutes of action and Midland got 31 points from its bench.  Midland had a 60-41 rebounding edge in the victory and conveted 25-62 field goals while holding Mount Marty to 32.4 percent success.

THE SERIES

Dordt owns a 10-1 advantage in the series since 2017-18 and Dordt was a 94-93 winner on December 3 earlier this season in Fremont. Dordt was up 55-35 at halftime and had to hang on for the win behind Jacob Vis's 24 points and eight rebounds and Bryce Coppock scored 22. Jake Rueschoff scored 17 and Ryan Larsen was good for 15 points in the loss.
