Box Score The Dordt Defender baseball team traveled to Omaha, Nebraska to play three games against York on Saturday, February 11 and the Defenders started the day with a 6-3 win.

Nick Yeager got the win with eight strikeouts and two hits allowed and he gave up two hits. Diego Benitez recorded the final out. 

Dordt got a run in the fifth to tie the game and then added two in the sixth inning and three in the seventh for a 6-1 lead. York rallied with two runs but were hampered in part by three errors.

Logan Harris had a single and a double with a run batted in and Juan Sanchez had two singles and a run scored.   Kaden Davis had a solo homerun to go with a single as the Defenders had 11 base hits.

Dylan Stanley reached twice and worked his way on for a walk and knocked in a run and scored a run.
