RECENTLY

The Tigers were 69-62 winners over Northwestern on Tuesday night after leading 31-27 at halftime. The Tigers never trailed in the second half while converting 42.9 percent of their field goals in the second half. Rylee Rosenquist scored 24 points with seven rebounds and Matti Reiner had 19 points with Morgan Edelman adding 12.  The Tiger defense limited Northwestern to 21-55 field goal shooting and the Tigers had a 42-31 rebounding advantage.

Dordt battled past Doane on Tuesday night by an 80-64 final. Dordt was up 37-34 at halftime and never trailed in the second half while outscoring Doane 43-30. The Defenders converted 13-28 three-point shots and Macey Nielson had a career high 19 points to help lead Dordt to the win. Karly Gustafson scored 11 with seven rebounds and Janie Schoonhoven and Macy Sievers each had 10 with Sievers dishing off eight assists.

THE SERIES

Dordt leads the series 8-6 since the 2017-18 season and won both of the games this season. The Defenders were 75-65 winners on December 10 and took an 81-75 win in Mitchell on January 25. Bailey Beckman had 26 points in the most recent win and Karly Gustafson added 20. Rylee Rosenquist was Dakota Wesleyan's leading scorer with 24 points and was 10-15 from the field. Matti Reiner had 19 and Jada Campbell 11.

The winner of this game will face the winner of the Concordia-Morningside winner on Tuesday, February 28 in the GPAC Championship at the highest remaining seed.
