Box Score The Dordt Defender men's basketball team used an 11-0 run midway through the second half to build a 24-point lead and went on to win 73-59 over Dakota Wesleyan in GPAC play on Wednesday night, December 4 in Sioux Center, Iowa.

Dordt never trailed after a
Lucas Lorenzen basket put the Defenders up 4-3. Dordt settled for a 36-23 halftime lead after the two teams went the final 2:12 of the period without a score.
The lead was still 13 in the second half at 50-37 when Lorenzen made two free throws and
Jake Hargens made two short shots. A
Ty Van Essen basket put Dordt up 58-37 and
Jake Proctor's third three-point basket extended the lead to 61-37.
Wesleyan was able to get within 67-57 with 3:04 left in the game but got no closer and Dordt   closed the game with a couple free throws and a
Connor Millikan basket for the 73-59 win.
