(Tuesday, March 25; Sioux Center, Iowa) Reed Friesen, a senior at Hesston High School (Kansas), has announced his intention to attend Dordt and join the Defender basketball program.

Honors & Highlights: Two-time first-team all-state and all-league; member of the Class 3A state champion teams in 2023 and 2025; averaged 18 points per game with eight rebounds in 2024-25 and scored 15 points per game in 2023-24.
