Stats and Highlights: Earned multiple academic all-conference honors in football and baseball and all-conference honors in baseball. Earned the Silver Slugger award as a high school senior in 2023. Helped his team to regional and sectional championships in 2023. Part of a NJCAA #16 team in D2 and a 2024 conference and sectional championship. Black Hawk College won the most games in program history in 2025 and won a conference championship. Dillender batted .271in 2024.

Why Dordt: "I was looking for a program that values discipline, hard work and character. I wanted a school where I could continue my baseball career and pursue a degree in mechanical engineering. After walking around campus and speaking with the staff it was clear Dordt would be a great fit for me."
