Before Dordt...played pitcher and first base for Ames High School (Iowa)...had a 15-10 pitching record in 2022 with 102 strikeouts in 153 innings pitched...batted .354 and had two homeruns and a .479 slugging percentage...earned all-conference honorable mention honors...15 wins is the second most ever by an Ames pitcher and her strikeout total in 2022 is the fifth best all-time at Ames...helped Ames to back-to-back 20 win seasons and was a 2021 honorable mention all-conference honoree.
