Hired in the summer of 2024, Chute is in her second year as an assistant coach for the Defenders softball program.

Playing Career:

  • standout, four-year career playing for Augustana University (2019-24)
  • 4x NFCA All-American
  • 4x All-Conference
  • played for a Vikings team that qualified for the national tournament 2x (2021 and 2024)
  • helped lead Augustana to three conference regular season titles (2022 - 2024) and two conference postseason titles (2023, 2024)

Coaching Career:

  • 2024 - present - Assistant Coach, Dordt University
