The Dordt University men's soccer team played rival Northwestern to a 0-0 scoreless tie in a conference match tonight in Orange City, Iowa.
This was the third straight match that ended in a tie for the Defenders as they stay unbeaten in the GPAC with a 3-0-4 record, 5-2-6 overall. Northwestern is now 4-1-3 in the conference, 5-4-5 overall.

- Dordt totaled 12 shots, six on-goal, led by Blake Hansen with two; Fran Murdoch, Sam Vogel, Javier Moscardo and Phil Appelt all had one shot on-goal
- Mitchell Dryden kept the host Red Raiders from scoring with six saves and improved to 2-1-4 this season
- Dryden picked up his fifth shutout, tied for GPAC lead
- Tim Kaltenberger led Northwestern with two shots on-goal; five other Red Raiders had one shot each
