Dordt defeats Doane 4-1
HOW IT HAPPENED
Dordt scored two goals in the first half and two in the second half on the way to its sixth win in the last seven games and secured a shut-out win over Doane 4-0.
Dordt's first goal came after
Karinna Tel intercepted a Doane goal kick and finished with a left-footed shot into the top left corner for a 1-0 lead with just under nine minutes gone in the game. Â Dordt's second goal came just over 15 minutes into the game when a
Hayden Jennett shot was deflected into the goal by a Doane Defender after being originally credited to y

Leading 2-0, Dordt added to the lead with
Karinna Tel shedding a defensive player and knocking another goal in from straight on off an assist by
Abby Foster in the 75
th minute of play to make it 3-0.
Foster figured into the final goal when she got a shot from 25 yards out, just over the goalkeeper's hand as she came off the line.
