(Tuesday, March 18; Sioux Center, Iowa) Micah Vande Vegte, a senior at Sioux Center High School (Iowa), has announced his intention to attend Dordt University and join the Defender swimming program.

Honors & Highlights: Personal bests of 21.8 in the 50 free; 48.37 in the 100 free and 5:01 in the 500 free.  Placed 13^th at state in the 50 free this year and 16^th in the 100.  Was part of a 200 free relay that finished 9^th at state and 7^th in the 200 medley.
