Gracie Schoonhoven (Junior; Hospers, Iowa) became the 23
rd Dordt women's basketball player to score at least 1,000 career points with her final basket against Hastings College on Saturday, January 3.
Schoonhoven scored with 5:07 left in Dordt's 97-87 win over Hastings to cap a 24 point game an propelled her to 1,001 carer points. Schoonhoven has played in 72 games over the course of her career and also missed significant time with an injury at the end of the 2023-24 season and the start of the 2024-25 season. Schoonhoven is averaging 22.1 points per game this season while converting 60.7 percent of her field goals.
Schoonhoven joins
