The Dordt University women's track and field team continues to hold a spot among the top 10 in the third edition of the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches' Association (USTFCCA) NAIA Indoor National Rating released earlier today.

• this is the second of seven national ratings that the USTFCCCA will release during the 2026 indoor season
• the final poll will be announced on Sunday, March 8, following the conclusion of the NAIA Indoor National Championships
• Dordt is ranked eighth in the Feb.11 rating, down five spots from last week
• the Defenders accounted for 97.35 points are within five points of No.7 Indiana Tech
• Dordt is one of four teams from the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) ranked in the top 25 in the  Feb.11 rating:

• Doane University is the new No.1, moving up one spot from last week's poll, with 180.98 points
• Central Methodist (Mo.), last week's No.1 team, totaled 172.98 points and dropped to second
• the Defenders hold a top 10 ranking in eight events, including a No.1 rating in both the 1000m and 5000m
