(Tuesday, March 10; Sioux Center, Iowa) The Great Plains Athletic Conference has announced its post season honorees for the 2025-26 cheer and dance seasons and five Dordt athletes earned the honors in judging done at the GPAC Championships.
Raya Zevenbergen (Senior; Sioux Center, Iowa) and
Juliet Campbell (Sophomore; Las Vegas, Nevada) were both named to the All-GPAC 1
st Team in cheerleading. Â This is the third year in a row Zevenbergen has earned the honor and it's the first time for Campbell.
"Earning a spot on the All-Conference team requires a rare blend of technical precision and relentless work ethic. I am thrilled for our two cheerleaders and three dancers who were selected this year! They have consistently proven that they can perform under pressure while representing our university with excellence. This recognition is a well-deserved bookend to all the hours of training and discipline they've invested into each of their sports this year!" said Dordt coach

Madelynn Eidsness (Sophomore; Yankton, South Dakota,
Addison Rozeboom (Freshman; Rock Valley), and
Yanira Bueso (Senior, Hawarden, Iowa) all earned dance honors. Eidsness is a 1
st Team pick for the second straight year and Rozeboom is a 2
nd Team selection for the first time in her career. Buese earns 3
rd Team honors for the second straight year and was an honorable mention selection in 2023. She also earned all-conference honors in 2022 when there was no team distinction for the honors.
Both teams concluded their regular season last weekend with fifth place finishes at the GPAC Championships held in Orange City, Iowa.
