(Friday, July 17; Sioux Center, Iowa) Keely Oberender, a graduate of Roland Story High School (Iowa), has announced her intention to enroll at Dordt University and join the Defender softball program.

Highlights: Played four seasons for Roland Story and had a .277 2026 batting average with two homeruns and 19 runs batted in. Earned all-conference honorable mention honors in 2024 and 2025 and was an academic all-conference honoree in 2025.
