(Thursday, August 28; Sioux Center, Iowa) Ruby Zylstra, a graduate of Unity Christian High School (Iowa), is attending Dordt University and plans to be a part of the softball program.

Position:  Catcher, 3rd base, 1st base
Intended Field of Study: Education 
Honors & Highlights: Started 100 games for the Knights and totaled over 100 hits with a .364 batting average.  Is in the top-10 career standings in Unity in hits, doubles, homeruns, batting average, slugging percentage, runs batted in, runs scored and sacrifices  and had 600 putouts on defense.  1st Team all-conference in 2025 and 2022, second team in 2023 and honorable mention in 2024.  Claimed 3rd Team all-state and earned all-district honors.
