The Dordt University women's golf team will compete at the at the Mount Marty Invite on August 24 and 25. The teams will compete at Hillcrest Country Club on Monday and Fox Run Golf Course on Tuesday. Both days feature a single round of play.

The Field
Teams from Iowa Central, Morningside, Concordia. Briar Cliff, Hastings. Dakota Wesleyan, Doane, Peru State, Mount Marty, Saint Mary's, and Doane will have teams in the field and over 70 golfers will compete int eh competition.

LAST TIME AT MOUNT MARTY CLASSIC
The Dordt women's golf team opened the 2025-26 season with a seventh place finish at the Mount Marty Classic in Yankton, South Dakota. Dordt shot 365 on the second day for a two day total of 336-365=701. Dordt was 21 strokes behind Morningside and 23 behind the College of Saint Mary.
The Defenders were led by
Katherine Beekman's 80 and
Jillian Eidsness shot an 81-83=164 and
Katherine Beekman shot a 80-90=170 to open the season. Beekman was tied for 23
rd and Eidsness moved into a tie for 10
th place. 74 golfers completed play in the 14 team field.
Morningside's Lucy Brown shot a 67-79=146 to hold on to the individual title and Connie Jarm shot a 77-76=153 for runner-up from Doane.
Morningside won the team title with a 300-317=617 and Doane was second with a 327-334=661.
The second round was played at Hillcrest Golf Course and the first at Fox Run.

2025-26 FINISH
The Dordt women's golf team season came to a close on Tuesday, April 28 at Dakota Dunes with a 10
th place finish of 375-380-368=1123 in 54 holes covering Monday and Tuesday.
Dordt was led by
Ashlee Sweeter's 86-88-90=264 for a 29
th place tie and
Jillian Eidsness shot a 91-90-95=276 for 40
th.
Katherine Beekman was Dordt's other golfer to play in all three rounds with 97-103-87=287 and she was 44
th.
Morningside won the team title with a 323-313-317=953, winning by 25 strokes over Doane's 332-335-311=978. Allison Meyerink earned medalist honors for Dakota Wesleyan by shooting 78-76-79=233.
