RECENTLY

Carlow lost a pair of games on March 7 to Penn State New Kensington 7-6 and Mount Vernon Nazarene 14-3.

Judson had Wednesday off as well and was last in play on March 7 and split decisions with Northwestern Ohio and Dordt.  The Eagles beat Dordt in 8 innings 6-5 and Northwestern Ohio was a 5-0 winner over Judson.

Dordt played a pair of games against Warner on Wednesday at Lake Wales, Florida and earned a sweep with a pair of 2-0 and 5-2 victories. Abby Kraemer struck out nine and Dordt's defense was equal to the task with no errors and Dordt took advantage of two unearned runs in the first inning to secure the win. In game two the Defenders rallied from two one-run deficits and scored two in the fifth and two in the sixth to win. Jessica Flaherty had three hits, two runs scored and a double and triple. Hailey Wilken and Abby Kraemer combined for the win as Wilken got the win with five innings pitched and six hits allowed. Kraemer got the save while striking out two in two innings of work.
